SPIRITUALITY AND HEALTHCARE - A DIALOGUE
A Dialogue and Retreat for Healthcare Professionals; one of the international series of ‘Spirit in Healthcare’ Dialogues
May 2, 2013 - May 5, 2013
This retreat is for leading health professionals who have a deep interest in exploring the intersection of spirituality with healthcare. This dialogue and retreat is the second of such gathering to take place at Peace Village, and is among a series of several international gatherings that have taken place in New York, USA, Australia, and Oxford, UK, over the past two years. This experience has been conceived to provide a place for people in positions of influence and responsibility to gather and reflect on what they perceive to be unfolding in the world of healthcare and spirituality, and to inspire each other to new awarenesses and to rejuvenated commitment and leadership within this privileged profession of offering compassionate care and comfort.
The program will include a variety of dialogue methodologies to broaden and deepen our conversations, blended with meditation and quiet time with self and nature to stimulate individual and collective reflections, explorations, and ideas. Further details regarding this program will become available.
